Dear Parents/Guardians of Cordero Students,


This letter is to inform you that as we prepare for the 2024-2025 school year, it is imperative that we update our data for each student enrolled at Cordero School. All students must have verifiable addresses in Jersey City in order to attend Jersey City Public Schools. In addition, it is vital that we have the correct telephone numbers, addresses, and email addresses of all our students in the event of an emergency.


 


Please complete this form (QR code to right) in order to provide proper proof of address (current phone bill, utility bill, bank statement – please be sure to redact your account number from your proof of address documents). 


Students registered at the Cordero School on Open Enrollment must complete and return a new Open Enrollment Form for the 2024-2025 school year (QR Code to left). Failure to resubmit the form will result in automatic non-approval of your open enrollment and a transfer slip will be issued on the last day of school.


The Address Verification Form and Open Enrollment Forms must be completed by Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Open Enrollment responses will be provided for by the district by no later than August 2024.

Holiday Show Information for 9:30am and 6:30pm Shows

9:30 AM Show Information Ticket holders can enter the building at 9:15 through the Main Entrance. Please listen to all directions from the security staff. Please have your tickets ready.  Seating is first-come, first-served. The run time of the show is around 75 minutes.   6:30 PM Show Information  All performers must be picked up by their guardians PRIOR to their call time. We will not bring any late CASPER or YMCA students directly to the Holiday Show Program Rooms.  Call Times: Kindergarten is 6:10pm Grade 1 is at 6:00pm Grade 2 is at 5:50pm Grade 3 is at 5:40pm Individual performers-6:00pm Note: Students must be dropped off at the security desk through the main entrance and taken to the holding rooms by members of the tech crew.
