Holiday Show Information for 9:30am and 6:30pm Shows

9:30 AM Show Information

Ticket holders can enter the building at 9:15 through the Main Entrance.

Please listen to all directions from the security staff.

Please have your tickets ready. 

Seating is first-come, first-served.

The run time of the show is around 75 minutes.  

6:30 PM Show Information

 All performers must be picked up by their guardians PRIOR to their call time. We will not bring any late CASPER or YMCA students directly to the Holiday Show Program Rooms. 

Call Times:

Kindergarten is 6:10pm

Grade 1 is at 6:00pm

Grade 2 is at 5:50pm

Grade 3 is at 5:40pm

Individual performers-6:00pm

Note: Students must be dropped off at the security desk through the main entrance and taken to the holding rooms by members of the tech crew.

Ticket Holder Entrance is the Alley Entry on Ninth St.

Changes to CASPER and YMCA Pickup at 5:30pm on Tuesday December 19

Please note some changes to after-school program pickup due to the holiday show.

CASPER

Starting at 5:30, students in CASPER will be picked up in the cafeteria. Guardians must enter the building by the door on Pavonia Ave. and Erie St. and exit through the same door.

YMCA

Starting at 5:30, students in YMCA will be picked up in the gym. Guardians must enter the building by the door on Ninth St. and Erie St. and exit through the same door.

Pickup of Performers in their holding Rooms

Kindergarten (in Rooms 101, 102, 103) can be picked up at 7:00pm

Grade 1  (in Rooms 104 & 105) can be picked up at 7:10pm

Grade 2 (in Room 108) can be picked up at 7:20pm

Grade 3 (in Room 109) can be picked up at 7:30pm

Individual performers can be picked up  (in Room 108) at 7:30pm

Please pick up your child before 8pm.
