Returning CASPER/Morning STARS Registration
If you have previously registered for CASPER/Morning STARS last year or for the summer, you can use the username and password for your Community Pass Account. Sign up steps are below:
1. Click on the click to access Community Pass https://register.capturepoint.com/reg/index.cfm.
2. Type Jersey City Public Schools, NJ in the gray box labeled Enter Community or Organization. Then click on the blue "Continue" tab.
3. Please enter your username and password if your child(ren) previously attended Morning STARS and/or CASPER and follow the prompts on the website for this school year.

Dear Parents and Guardians;
Hope you all had a wonderful restful summer vacation.
We are excited for another school year!! If your child/ children are returning to C.A.S.P.E.R. or Morning-Star you can register on your CommunityPass account as of midnight September 7th.
Please keep in mind that our C.A.S.P.E.R. classes get filled very quickly. Once we have the number of students registered by teacher ratio. We will not be able to accept any other students.
Below are the classroom availability at this time.
Kindergarten ~2 classrooms- 30 students (15 students per classroom)
1st grade ~ 1 classroom- 15 students
2nd grade ~1 classroom-15 students
3rd to 5th~ 1 Classroom- 15 students
Pre-K students:
4 classrooms -48 students (12 students per classroom).
